Web18 de fev. de 2024 · The National Park Service recommends that you drive a high-clearance 4WD vehicle on Shafer Canyon Road. Shafer Canyon Road is a well-maintained gravel road. Most AWD SUV’s will do just fine on this road, as long as it is not wet or snow-covered. A high-clearance vehicle with 4WD is also recommended for Potash Road.
