Inclisiran was well-tolerated in maternal rats, with no evidence of maternal toxicity and no effects on maternal performance. WebThe drug may be used for heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia. Conclusion: Inclisiran is an effective and safe medication for lowering LDL-C levels.
