WebOct 9, 2024 · Went up to Dolly Sods to do some hiking and exploring. This place is remote, and the drive up is amazing. Tons of trails. Clear signs as to area rules. Close to towns to get provisions. Lots of wildlife in the area, though our encounters were limited. Bear Rocks was awesome! Be careful as the rocks can get slick and there are numerous drop-offs.
