WebApr 23, 2013 · I found out that there are two different rear main seal kits from Cummins. One that has a sleeve and seal, and one that has no sleeve, but comes with an installation tool. From what I understand, the one that comes with the sleeve must be installed using a $300 specialty installation tool from Cummins.
